It was a beautiful place to stay. Right across from the boatramp. On the chain of lakes. Nice boat ride to the cove. Great fishing, would recommend to anyone looking to stay

There were a lot of broken things and unsafe things yet she wanted me to give her a Four star review. Moldy shower curtain liners broken fence and bathroom cabinets Faulty air conditioner in 100 plus heat. Stained linens upon checkin. Dirty shower mats upon check in. Lock to lake broken and in a table. Screen door to street broken. Fence to lake broken and on the ground. Ants on toilet seats everyday. Had to close bedroom door to use the bathroom in bedroom on the right because bathroom door off track. Beer can on lawn chair when we arrived. Cabinet door in bathroom off track. Air conditioner in second bedroom shutting off in 100 degree heat

It was exactly what we needed. A beautiful place on the water with enough space for me and my mom to be able to do our own thing. We were able to visit with family that lived close and live a normal daily work life as needed as well. It had all necessary kitchen appliances and utensils for meals to be made at home and there is a decent assortment or restaurants close to be able to order in or go out if you choose. I will absolutely recommend this place and will definitely keep it in mind for the future. Thank you so much for being so awesome, Michelle!

This cute little home in Iverness was perfect for me and my two children. The fenced yard offered room to run around. The mini pool table and game selection were a hit with my kiddos. It was small and quaint. Perfect place to relax and recharge. The area has an awesome park, lots of beautiful places to walk and is drivable to Rainbow Springs state park. We also enjoyed a kayaking tour with a local guide company. We will likely stay again when visiting family in the area. It met our needs perfectly.

WOW! This location is great. Enjoyed early morning coffee on the deck listening to the birds. The house was nicely cleaned and filled with all the basics. Best part was the comfortable bed and couches. Made for a good vacation. Highly recommend!

Loved the location on the water, was out of busy areas. very quiet, clean and as advertised. I would sit out on the dock every morning. it was great, would stay again if I was back in the area.

the house did not disappoint. it's tucked away in a nice little quiet neighborhood on the lake. Neighbors were friendly, the house was spotless and the price was amazing. Couldn't ask for a better rental!

Clean, comfortable and located perfectly for our purpose. Close enough to make a quick drive to Dad’s but too far to walk. Everyone had their space. I am down 4 - 5 times a year and will use the cabin exclusively. Other family members have expressed the same. The only suggestion is railing on the dock. The open space terrified our wheelchair members. Altogether a wonderful property. We’ll be back.

If you like Inverness then this home on the lake is a nice place to stay while in town.

Michelle was amazing I had to evacuate my home in Dunedin because of Hurricane Helene. She was very understanding. I had to extend my stay a day because my home was flooded with 6 feet of water and no electricity or water just not good. Michelle is a Superhost. I felt at home. It’s very peaceful and I walked the Withlacoochee Trail, also walked to downtown. It’s on a lake and the blue herons visited every morning on the deck.
